1. Summarize a long thread
Paste a messy email chain and ask for the decision, the open questions, and who owes what. Prompt: "Summarize this thread: the decision, open questions, and action items with owners."
2. Draft a reply in your voice
Give it the message and a note on tone. Prompt: "Draft a warm, brief reply that confirms Friday and asks for the final file."
3. Turn rough notes into a clean doc
Prompt: "Turn these bullet notes into a one-page update with a short intro and three sections."
4. Clean and reshape a list
Paste messy data. Prompt: "Standardize this list: fix capitalization, split name and email into two columns, and flag duplicates."
5. Prep for a meeting
Prompt: "Given this agenda and last week's notes, give me three questions to ask and two risks to raise."
