Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the AI 101 website and, when it opens, enrollment in the AI 101 course, operated by Khaled ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

1. The course

AI 101 is a live, cohort-based online course of five 2-hour sessions delivered over video call. It is designed for beginners and uses Claude as the primary tool. A separate Claude Pro subscription (paid by you to Anthropic) is required. Seats are limited. Dates, content, and format may change, and we will tell enrolled students of material changes.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets us email you about enrollment and related updates. It is not a purchase and places you under no obligation. You can ask to be removed at any time.

3. Enrollment and payment

When enrollment opens, the price is shown before you pay and payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card details. Your seat is confirmed once payment succeeds.

4. Refunds

If you cannot attend, contact us before the cohort begins and we will work out a refund or a transfer to a later cohort in good faith. Once a cohort has started, refunds are handled case by case.

5. Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of anything you build during the course. Please do not record, resell, or publicly redistribute the live sessions or course materials without our permission, and be respectful to the instructor and other students.

6. Our materials

Course materials, prompts, templates, and this site are our intellectual property and are provided for your personal learning. You may use and adapt them for your own work.

7. No guarantees

We teach practical skills, but we cannot guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes. The site and course are provided "as is" and, to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
